Black Busks

Posted on 2009.04.29 at 17:25
I have found some black busks

I can get them in 8", 10", 11", 12" and 13"

corset styles that i can use them in... standard sizing anyway

chiloh
brianna
viola
sophia
nixie
nyssa (must make front panel longer)
fiona
arwens - smallar sizes/shorter torsoed... longer would have to have busk and some grommets for full closure
topher.

if your curious about a style not listed here, let me know, i could have missed it, or it may be too long for the busks.

anyway, these would cost $35 extra to put in, as they are special order from USA and we all know postage is a killer.

would anyone be intereseted in getting them in?

Ultra Luxury Fabrics

Victoria Skirt

Posted on 2009.02.18 at 19:13
I finally tried my hand at making a bustle skirt, and suprisingly it came up really nicely.

it's an elasticated waist, gathered at waistline, hipline and ankle line.

It is boned in the back to get the bustle shape, and the black and red part of the skirt, can be made to be interchangable (this one isn't), so you could have the basic skirt made up, and then get different 'overskirts' made up to match your outfit.

For this skirt you would be looking at $410 with the exact same types of fabric used. For more expensive fabrics all over please ask for a quote.

Tash Skirt

Presenting the Tash Skirt.

This full length skirt is two layers, the first being the underskirt which has ruffles and the second being the overskirt which also has ruffles. there is lace attached to each of the ruffles for the finished touch.

the front of the skirt is darted for a fitted look, and the back of the skirt has a hidden zipper closure and 40 grommets in the top layer hiding the zip. you then have some ribbon lacing up the grommets, which you can pull tight to adjust the train on the skirt.

The base price for this skirt is $134 and then you add in 8 units of fabric for your total price.

(aka bondage bubble skirt) ...A short, semi-pleated skirt with optional contrast panels. This skirt also has grommet side closure and eyelet tape with cord on the bottom which you can pull tighter for a 'bubble' effect. The bubble effect only works when the pvc is used, when lighter fabric is used this skirt is more like a pleated mini skirt.

This is a flared skirt that can come in two different lengths. long is shown and short is about 30cm shorter.

it has a zipper up one side and also will include the 4 grommet lace up as usual.

because of the way it is put together you can get creative with your fabric and have contrasting panels if you like (two colours maximum)
